I got this Motorcycle (1965 Honda CB160) from my Grandpa's barn and when I asked him if he had the title, he couldn't remember or find it. How do I look up to see if it is clear, or if it doesn't need or have one, etc.? It IS an antique, so do I even need one? P.S. My Grandparents live in Kansas.
If it has a license plate, then it should be easy to get a new certificate of ownership from the state. The bike will need to be properly registered if you plan to use it on the road.

Don't know where you are but in Colorado they (county clerk) purge all records over 10 years old, so you need a title or copy of old registration. Tag number will only work if it was registered in last 10 years.
