It means enter this transaction VERY carefully. The bike was written off for some reason, recked, beat, smashed……Unless you really know bikes leave it be.

It means the bike was 'totaled' probably in an accident.
It might be fine, might have bent frame or tweaked forks.
Buyer beware.

Total wrecks don't usually get rebuilt - too expensive, but a bike can be written off by insurance for just cosmetic items. I purchased a bike that had been written off for a dented tank with badge missing, scratched fork, scratched exhaust, scratched headlight and a few minor bits. All these items are really expensive to replace with O.E.M items and that's what insurance companies have to work on.
